- We have a telephone helpline - 020 7631 6063 - staffed from 11am to 10.15pm weekdays and 10am to 7.45pm weekends
- The help desk in the Library on level 1 is also staffed for face-to-face enquiries during those hours
- Pick up printed guides from the help desk
- We have an email helpline - library-help@bbk.ac.uk
- We have online tutorials available on our web site - go to the Library web site and click on "Learn Library skills"
- Browse our subject guides to see what's available in your subject area
