Need help using the Library or the eLibrary?
If you're having problems using the Library or the eLibrary, or would just like to learn more about using them, don't forget that the Library has a range of ways to help you.
- We have a telephone helpline - 020 7631 6063 - staffed from 11am to 10.15pm weekdays and 10am to 7.45pm weekends (term time)
- The help desk in the Library on level 1 is also staffed for face-to-face enquiries during those hours
- Pick up printed guides from the help desk
- We have an email helpline - library-help@bbk.ac.uk
- We have online tutorials available on our web site - go to the Library web site and click on "Learn Library skills"
- Browse our subject guides to see what's available in your subject area
- You can make an appointment to see Sue, the Science librarian. Contact details

what is 2collab?
2collab is a new type of research tool launched in 2007- a collaboration platform designed specifically for researchers in the science, technical and medical communities.
Intended for use by professional researchers in academic, government and corporate institutions, 2collab provides three types of features:
1. Online bookmarking and reference management
2. Groups - for sharing with existing networks, or building new ones
3. Networking - find, evaluate and initiate contact with new people
